Q: How do you price bulk orders?
A: We start with an EXW quote. Once you provide your designated freight forwarder, we'll add their local fees (such as warehousing and documentation charges) to finalize the FOB quote.

Q: What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom sizes?
A: For most sizes, the MOQ is at least 2,000 pieces. Smaller sizes may require a higher MOQ — please email us for specific details. Thank you!

Q: What's the tooling fee for custom sizes?
A: A $150 tooling fee applies — but here's the good news: we'll reduce or waive it based on your total order volume. Tooling is ready in just 3–5 business days.

Q: How much can I save by ordering from you compared to B2C e-commerce platforms?
A: We pass the savings directly to you — including the 15% platform commission and last-mile delivery fees that B2C sellers typically pay.

Q: What's the deposit requirement?
A: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
